Jade Truong
The terms for using jadetruong.com, Ask Jade and booking a session.
These terms apply when you use jadetruong.com, Ask Jade, or book a session. jadetruong.com is operated by Alchemyst LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the company through which Jade Truong provides her advisory services (“we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Let’s Really Talk is a 90-minute diagnostic conversation with Jade, by video or phone, at the time you book. You bring one real issue. Within 48 hours after the session, you receive a one-page summary with the real issue, the reframe and your first three moves. The fee is $500, paid in full when you book. If you book a 30-Day Operating Reset within two weeks of your session, the $500 is credited toward it.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe at booking, and your time is confirmed once payment goes through. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add its own fees for international cards.
The 30-Day Operating Reset, Your Number Two and any full-time role begin with a conversation and are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
What you share with Jade about your company, people and situation is kept confidential and used only to work with you. Stories Jade publishes are anonymous and stripped of identifying details. Please don’t share information you’re legally bound to keep from outside advisers, and let Jade know if a nondisclosure agreement should be signed before you meet.
Sessions, summaries, articles and Ask Jade offer operational and leadership perspective. They aren’t legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting or medical advice, and they don’t create an employment or fiduciary relationship. You decide what to act on, and the results of your decisions are yours. For those areas, consult a licensed professional.
Ask Jade is an AI version of Jade, made from her own writing and background. Its answers are generated automatically, can be incomplete or wrong, and aren’t statements, promises or offers from Jade. Prices, terms and commitments are only those published on this site or agreed in writing. Please use Ask Jade for its purpose, getting a feel for how Jade thinks, and don’t attempt to misuse, overload or extract its instructions.
Your one-page summary is yours to use within your company. The site, articles, recordings, images, Ask Jade and Jade’s methods and frameworks remain our property. You’re welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please don’t copy, republish or resell our content without written permission.
Please use the site lawfully and give accurate information when you book. We may decline or cancel a booking that misuses the site, with a full refund.
We provide the site and our services with care and in good faith. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a session is limited to the amount you paid us for that session, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith. Any remaining dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
