Jade Truong
What we collect, why, and the choices you have.
This policy explains what information jadetruong.com collects, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. jadetruong.com is operated by Alchemyst LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the company through which Jade Truong provides her advisory services (“we,” “us”). The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you, run your session and take payment, we never sell your information, and client conversations stay confidential.
The “Let’s talk” and Contact forms ask for your name, email, and what you’d like to discuss, and may ask for your company, role and the offer you’re interested in. Your message is emailed to Jade’s private inbox so she can reply personally.
The booking page collects your name, email, the time you choose, your time zone, how you’d like to meet (video or phone), your phone number if you choose a call, and any note you add about the issue you want to bring. We keep this booking record on our own server to confirm, remind, reschedule or cancel your session and to keep business records.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and never reach our server. Stripe shares with us only what we need to confirm and, when due, refund your payment.
Ask Jade is an AI version of Jade on this site. When you type a question, the conversation, plus the first name and role you choose to share, is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the answer. We don’t keep transcripts of your conversation on our server. Your browser holds the conversation for that visit only, and it clears when you close the tab. To prevent abuse, we keep short-lived usage counts tied to a one-way scrambled version of your network address, never the address itself. Our usage page shows only daily totals, such as how many people opened the chat, with no names or messages. Please don’t share confidential or sensitive information in the chat; save that for your session with Jade.
Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages load, such as network address, browser type and the page requested, in standard server logs used for security and reliability. The site uses fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don’t set cookies for marketing.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, we don’t share it for advertising, and we don’t use it to train AI models.
We share information only with the service providers that run parts of the site for us, and only for that purpose:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, the public or ourselves.
What you share about your company, your people and your situation, in a form, a booking note or a session, is treated as confidential. Jade doesn’t name clients or share client details without permission, and stories she publishes are anonymous and stripped of identifying details.
Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal obligations require, typically up to seven years. Ask Jade usage counts are kept as daily totals only. Server logs are rotated by our host on its normal schedule.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, subject to records we must keep by law. If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we don’t sell or share personal information as that law defines those terms. If you’re in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on your request and our contract with you to run your session, and on our legitimate interest in replying to you and keeping the site secure. Some providers listed above are in the United States, and they protect transfers with standard contractual safeguards.
To make a request, use the contact form. We’ll reply within 30 days, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
The site runs over encrypted connections. Booking records and settings are stored outside the public part of the website, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.
This site and its services are for business leaders and aren’t directed to anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date above.
